title: Post-prelims celebration Well...now i've got something to blog about. Let's talk about yesterday.
It was a day out to have fun since the prelims is over. I met dawn at je (yz was late). So we set off for orchard first. We started walking. First was a visit to Kino to check out jh's book. Unfortunately it was sold out so she had to order one and wait for a month. Following, we just walked here are there to shops that we wanted to see and yz finally caught up with us. By that time, we were already at Cathay Cinelesiure. Over there, yz spotted HER. She was with a guy which was not STONE. Who is he? We don't know. So all three of us ran behind them secretively seeing HER kissing his neck on the escalator going downwards. haha...we were giggling all the way but decided not to greet them since SHE had already greeted yz. The last stop was dawn's and yz's favourite WH shop. We took 2 pieces each and tried it. In the end, only Dawn and I bought a top each. After that, Dawn being bribled, led us to plaza sing. Over there, yz wanted to test out her sax that she said she wanted to buy. Thus the two of us loitered around the music books section. Suddenly, I suffered from a sudden asthma attack. Dawn looked up and saw me holding JT book. COOL!!! We listened to his song on my mp4 as we scanned the notes. It seemed quite nice so i bought it at a terrible 30 bucks. It tore my heart out. Ouch... It was a total disappointment in the end when i tried the music just now on my piano. It was so repetitive since it was adapted from a song. I rather spend the 30 dollars buying some classical music book. Hmph! Last stop, XENBAR (see my wish came true...read my precious post), though it was not as fun, it was enjoyable at least. It's been excatly 3mths and a wk since i stepped into that place. It has a major change. The lights which were previously allowed dimmed were white lights now. On top of that, they have some registration counter and stuff like that which looked much more professional than before. I think it's better now with such readjustments. People would not think it's a sleezy place on first impression. Our dear Dawn, well not sure if her feet enjoyed the night. Cause she forgotten her salsa shoe and borrowed another person's one which was smaller in size and was a 3.5inch heel rather that a 2.5inch. haha...poor feet. But when she danced and spinned, it was nice cause she took small steps. And now the worse part of the day, when we left the place, my right slipper gave way and i couldn't walk. Luckily brilliant henry tought of the method of putting a rubber band over the shoe. Still, this did not end here, the left side gave way as i was crossing the boon lay bus interchange towards my dad's car. It was so horrible. so i just walked bare-footed among the crowd. It was embarressing. Not 1 but 2....argh... Yup...that's about it. I just dropped dead on my bed after my shower. Such a deep sleep that I haven't had before. Wee... |
